The fully assembled solid wood shelf sections securely stack together with an interlocking system. No tools required – simply unpack and stack with other standard depth Legacy Collection sections. Easily add more shelf sections as your library grows. The receding glass door sectional unit is well built with a lacquered bronze knob and a mechanical equalizer to keep the door from binding and allow for easy, one-handed operation.
A simple design with clean lines, the 800 Series Legacy Barrister Bookcase Collection easily blends with any décor. Available in 21 wood finishes, the Legacy Collection is handcrafted in the USA in your choice of locally sourced, kiln-dried solid Cherry, Oak, Birch or Walnut wood. The straight edges of the Legacy style are ideal for arranging back-to-back or end-to-end bookcase groupings. The shelf sections stack securely together and are interchangeable for limitless shelving combinations.

This was my fourth order from Hale. I have five stacks of these bookcases in my office. The color match is very consistent between orders. They are just what I need.
