No tools required – simply unpack and stack the shelf sections in any combination. Easily add more shelf sections as your library grows. The box base stands 5”H and is made of genuine hardwood lumber to match your sectional shelf units. Complete your bookcase stack by adding Millennium Extra Deep shelf sections, including the receding door shelf units, pull out shelf and more.
The perfect mix of heirloom quality and modern style, the Millennium Barrister Bookcase collection is crafted by hand from kiln-dried solid Cherry, Oak, Birch or Walnut. The Millennium 900 Series features wider rail door frames and distinctive beveled edges. Mix, match and stack shelf sections to create your custom look.

The deep closed box base is perfect for use on carpet or hardwood flooring, but the rest of the system (glass and woodfront barrister cases) is equally great in both construction and appearance. They all look great and I would not hesitate to purchase from Hale in the future, should the need arise.
